• A one of a kind Palace Hotel gold key and official redemption tag will be launched via balloon from the hotel rooftop on Tuesday December 15, 2009 at 3:30PM.
• The Palace Hotel is located at 2 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco, California.
• The finder of the gold key and the official redemption tag will receive a three night Presidential Suite stay for two at the Palace Hotel including dinner for two in Kyo-ya and breakfast for two in The Garden Court.
• Both the gold key and official redemption tag need to be attached, completely in tact and presented to the Palace Hotel on or before December 15, 2010 in order to redeem the prize.
• Authenticity of the key will be verified in person, by appointment with the Executive Office of the Palace Hotel.
• Recipient must be 21 years or older and provide legal identification.
• Duplication of the key or official redemption tag is prohibited by law.
• Employees of Starwood Hotels, Kyo-ya and the Palace Hotel and their families are not eligible to win.
