Transportation such as shuttle service, car rental and limousine service can be arranged through the Concierge. Valet parking is available and the Palace Garage is conveniently located across the street from the main entrance of the hotel. San Francisco and Oakland International Airports are both just fifteen miles from the hotel. The subway, known as BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit), stops at Montgomery Station located in front of the hotel. In addition, cable cars offer a unique way to explore the city and are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

- Take Highway 101 North towards I-80/Bay Bridge
- Exit Fourth St. off I-80 (last S.F. exit)

- Take Bryant St. one block to Third St.
- Left on Third St.
